The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction works, specifically in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The required prior work experience includes: * Achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 60% of the DNIT value up to Rs. 200 Lakh and 75% of the DNIT value for more than Rs. 200 Lakh in any one year. * Satisfactory completion of at least one similar work of value not less than 1/3 (one third) of the DNIT value, with not less than 90% of contract value completed. * Executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of the major items of work as indicated, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity. * Experience in performing a single similar nature of work as a prime contractor, with a value of at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work mentioned in the IFB, excluding maintenance cost for four years. * Completed quantities of work done in the last 5 years, with a value of at least 40% of the estimated quantity of major items as detailed in the online Bill of Quantities. * A minimum annual financial turnover of 25% of the estimated cost of the package in any one year, with relaxation to 25% of the DNIT for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers. * Completed at least 25% of the estimated cost of the package in similar works in any one year. The value and percentage of similar works completed mentioned include: * 1/3 (one third) of the DNIT value * 1/3rd of the respective value of work mentioned in the IFB * 40% of the estimated quantity of major items * 25% of the estimated cost of the package * 60% of the DNIT value up to Rs. 200 Lakh * 75% of the DNIT value for more than Rs. 200 Lakh * 90% of contract value completed * 25% of the DNIT for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers
