The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on the rupee value to bring them to the present price level. The bidder should have a minimum of 10% of the notified contract value as credit facilities, certified by the bankers. The bidder should also provide a list of existing commitments with the value of remaining work as on the date of submission of the bid.
