The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature as the proposed work. The value of similar work should be at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work mentioned in the IFB, excluding maintenance cost for four years, which should not be less than one third of the contract value. The annual financial turnover amount should be at least 60% of the DNIT value up to Rs. 200 Lakh and 75% of the DNIT value for more than Rs. 200 Lakh, in any one year of the respective value of work mentioned in the IFB. The bidder should have completed quantities of work done in the last 5 years, with a value of at least 40% of the estimated quantity of major items as detailed in the online Bill of Quantities. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in civil engineering construction works, specifically, they should have completed a single similar work as a prime contractor with a value of at least 25% of the estimated cost of the package. For unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers, there is a relaxation in the qualification criteria, with a minimum annual financial turnover of 25% of the DNIT in any one year, and exemption from single similar nature of work performed as prime contractor. The bidder should also provide quantities of work executed as a prime contractor for main items of work described in the bid document over the last five years. The bidder should have a certificate of executed quantities of work done in any one year of the last 5 (five) years, issued by the authorized Engineer in-charge, and a certificate of similar nature of work done, completed in the last 5 years, issued by the authorized Engineer in-charge. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 60% of the DNIT value up to Rs. 200 Lakh and 75% of the DNIT value for more than Rs. 200 Lakh in any one year. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than 1/3 (one third) of the DNIT value, with not less than 90% of contract value completed. The bidder should have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of the major items of work as indicated, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity.
