The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed works of a similar nature in the last 5 years, with a value of at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work in the IFB. The annual financial turnover of the bidder should be at least 67% of the DNIT value in any one year of the respective value of work mentioned in the IFB. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 1/3rd of the respective value of work in IFB (not less than one third of the contract value) - 67% of the DNIT value, in any one year of the respective value of work mentioned in IFB, as the annual financial turnover amount - 40% of the estimated quantity of major items as detailed in the online Bill of Quantities - 90% of the contract value as the completion rate - 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the Contract as the minimum cash required - 10% of notified contract value as the minimum credit facilities required, certified by the bankers - 25% of the DNIT in any one year as the minimum annual financial turnover for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers of Assam. Additionally, the bidder should have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of the major items of work, and provide information on the quantities of work executed as a prime contractor for all main items of work described in the bid document, in the last 5 years. A certificate of similar nature of work done, issued by the authorized Engineer in-charge, and a certificate of executed quantities of work done in the last 5 years, issued by the authorized Engineer in-charge, are required.
