The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar nature and size of works. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work mentioned in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). The required experience includes: - Value of similar work: 1/3rd of the respective value of work in the IFB, which should not be less than one third of the contract value. - The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. Specific roles and their required experience are: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 3 to 5 Years Exp. - Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 1 Years Exp. Or Diploma in Civil Engg + 3 years Exp - Plant Engineer: B.E. Mech. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Mech. + 5 years Exp. - Quantity Surveyor: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. + 5 years Exp. - Soil & Material Engineer: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. The bidder should have completed a minimum amount of work, with the annual financial turnover being 67% of the DNIT value in any one year. However, there is a relaxation in the qualification criteria for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers of Assam, which includes a relaxation in the minimum annual financial turnover to 25% of the DNIT in any one year. The quantities of works completed should be at least 40% of the estimated quantity of major items. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on rupee value to bring them to the present price level.
