The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil engineering construction works, with specific requirements for different roles such as Project Manager, Site Engineer, Plant Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, and Soil & Material Engineer. The experience requirements for these roles are as follows: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 3 to 5 Years Exp. - Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 1 Years Exp. Or Diploma in Civil Engg + 3 years Exp. - Plant Engineer: B.E. Mech. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Mech. + 5 years Exp. - Quantity Surveyor: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. + 5 years Exp. - Soil & Material Engineer: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. + 5 years Exp. For Site Engineer to be deployed for Routine Maintenance Work: - Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 3 Years Exp. Or Diploma in Civil Engg + 5 years Exp. The bidder should have completed a similar work of value not less than 1/3 (one third) of the DNIT value, with at least 90% of the contract value satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor. The annual financial turnover amount should be at least 60% of the DNIT value up to Rs. 200 Lakh and 75% of the DNIT value for more than Rs. 200 Lakh, in any one year. The bidder should have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of the major items of work, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity. Additionally, the bidder must have prior work experience in similar nature of work, with a value of similar work at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work, and completion of works with a value of at least 40% of the estimated quantity of major items. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on the rupee value to bring them to the present price level.
