The bidder should have satisfactorily completed one similar single service contract for a minimum of 35% of the advertised value of the bid. The completed service contract includes on-going service contract subject to payment of bills amounting to at least 35% of the advertised value of the bid. In terms of value, the bidder should have completed a contract with a value of at least 35% of the advertised bid value. The advertised bid values are related to schedules A1 and B1, with values of Rs. 2,67,82,932.00 and Rs. 1,28,64,731.60 respectively. The bidder needs to provide a list of works of similar nature physically completed in all respects in the current and last three financial years as per the proforma given. The definition of similar work includes operation and maintenance of water supply system, swimming pool, water recycling plant, effluent treatment plant, sewage treatment plant, water filtration plant, and water treatment by reverse osmosis or chlorination plant. A specific percentage of similar works completed is not mentioned, but the bidder needs to provide a list of works completed. However, bidders whose score shall be 60 or above in the technical evaluation shall be qualified for consideration of their financial bids.
