The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of composite works, the tenderer must have completed similar works for each component, with values of 30%, 40%, or 60% of the advertised value of each component. For subletting work, the subcontractor must have completed at least one similar work costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted in the last 5 years, but this requirement is waived for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh. The value of the final bill, including the PVC amount, shall be considered as the completion cost of work. The credentials of individual partners in a newly formed partnership firm shall be considered to the extent of their share in the previous entity and their share in the newly formed partnership firm. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during the last 07 years: - A work similar in nature, with an overall cost, including the PVC amount, considered for eligibility. The subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, with a waiver for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh.
