The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of subletting of work, the subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor shall be required. The values and percentages mentioned include: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - 10% of the advertised value of the tender - 35% of the value of the work to be subletted - Rs 50 lakh as the advertised value up to which no technical and financial credentials are required.
