The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The amount for substantially completed work is considered as the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount (if paid), with a payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value. For completed work, the value of the final bill (gross amount) including the PVC amount (if paid) shall be considered as the completion cost of work. The overall cost, including the PVC amount (if paid), of a completed work or substantially completed work, shall be considered for fulfillment of technical credentials. The definition of similar work is any Civil Engineering works. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - 90% of the present contract value for substantially completed work - 35% of the value of the work to be subletted for subcontractors - Rs 50 lakh for subletting of work with no previous work experience required.
