The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing similar works within the last 07 years. The similar works should have a value of at least 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works, or 40% for two similar works, or 60% for one similar work. The bidder must have successfully completed similar works during the last 07 years, ending the last day of the month previous to the one in which the tender is invited. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The advertised value of the tender is 55162991.76. The basic values for the items in the schedule are: - 23057427.06 for IRUSSOR ITEMS - 32105564.70 for CPWD ITEMS, with an escalation of 20.07%, resulting in an amount of 38744611.70 after escalation for CPWD ITEMS, but the amount mentioned is 26739039.48 after applying the escalation, and 32105564.70 is the basic value. The bidder should submit a list of works completed in the last three financial years, and a list of works on hand. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes a minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work. The period of completion is 12 months.
