The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 89.09 Lakhs (40% of estimated cost) - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 133.63 Lakhs (60% of estimated cost) - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs 178.18 Lakhs (80% of estimated cost) Additionally, for specific building heights: - For up to ten storey buildings: Minimum one building of six storeys. - For eleven to fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of eight storeys. - For more than fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of ten storeys. The bidder should also have completed similar works such as construction of buildings with a minimum number of storeys, where each basement or stilt constructed in the building is considered as a storey. For the component of CCTV System, the bidder should have completed one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the component, or two similar works costing each not less than 60% of the cost of the component, or three similar works costing each not less than 40% of the cost of the component. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last financial year. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years ending up to the last financial year. The amount of Earnest Money Deposit is Rs. 4.50 Lakh, which is 2.02% of the estimated cost of the work (Rs. 222.72 Lakh). The bidder is also required to undertake that their firm would invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract.
