The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years. The requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 1.04 Crores (40% of estimated cost) - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 1.57 Crores (60% of estimated cost) - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs 2.09 Crores (80% of estimated cost) The bidder should have executed one similar work with a minimum of one basement under one Agreement. The bidder should have prior work experience of completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) with a minimum of five storeys, or eleven to fifteen storey buildings with a minimum of one building of eight storeys. Alternatively, the bidder should have experience in completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) with a minimum of eight storeys, or more than fifteen storey buildings with a minimum of one building of ten storeys. The bidder should have access to or have available liquid assets (aggregate of working capital, cash in hand, and uncommitted bank guarantees) and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the value of the contract/contracts applied for. The bidder should invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs 104.76 Lakh on Civil/Electrical construction work during the last three consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2022, and an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs. 1.04 Crores on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending 31st March 2024. The bidder should have average annual turnover worth a minimum of 40% of the estimated cost.
