In terms of physical criteria, the bidder should have completed and commissioned works of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) with specific capacities:
- Three STP works with a minimum 1.80 MLD capacity each.
- Alternatively, two STP works with a minimum 2.40 MLD capacity each.
- Or, one STP work with a minimum 3.60 MLD capacity.
The experience of similar works, such as WWTP, will also be considered for STP work.
Additionally, specific experience requirements are mentioned for certain positions:
- Project Manager (Civil): 5 years of total experience, with 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Project Engineer (E&M): 5 years of total experience, with 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Site Engineer (Civil): 3 years of total experience, with 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Site Engineer (E&M): 3 years of total experience, with 1 year of experience in a similar position.
The bidder must also have a positive net worth in the immediate last financial year, certified construction works experience, and upload a certificate from a statutory auditor or chartered accountant mentioning the year-wise audited financial turnover on construction works for the last 5 years.
The value of turnover on construction works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual values at a rate of 7% per year.
A solvency certificate of at least 40% of the tender value is also required, valid for a period of one year from the date of issue.
The amount for earnest money deposit (EMD) is 2% for works up to Rs 5.00 Cr and 1% or Rs 10.00 Lacs, whichever is higher, for works above 5.00 Cr.
