The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organizations, which must be a duly incorporated entity. The value of similar works completed should be in Rs. Lacs, and the bidder should have experience in construction of similar works with a value of at least 30%, 40%, or 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. The bidder should have completed similar type of works during the last 10 years, and the details of these works should be provided, including the aggregated value of executed works, with the cost of material supplied by the department, in Indian Rupees (Rs.). The experience in similar class of works is given a weightage of 20 marks, with 60% marks awarded for meeting the minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks awarded for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and marks awarded on a pro-rata basis for experience between the minimum eligibility criteria and twice the minimum eligibility criteria.
