The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works, such as construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The bidder should have experience in works of similar nature, with specific requirements as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the cost of work put to bid, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the cost of work put to bid, - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works/turnover should be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at a rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have a maximum turnover during the last five financial years, which will be used to calculate the available bid capacity. The bidder is required to submit a list of similar works executed during the last 10 years, along with supporting documents. The bidder must have prior work experience in "Construction of R.C.C. Framed Structure Building work." The bidder needs to provide information on the technical personnel with the required experience in similar works, with experience requirements varying based on the project cost. A minimum average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the project cost put to tender during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years is required. The estimated cost put to bid for the construction of the International Hostel Building is Rs. 520.10 Lacs. The bidder's available bid capacity shall be more than the total estimated cost of the work for which the tender is invited. The bidder is also required to submit a solvency certificate of minimum 40% of the cost put to tender.
