The required prior work experience for the bidder includes details of contracts of similar nature, such as highways and airfields, including the value of the total contract, date of award, date of completion, and contract duration. The bidder must also provide quantities of major items of work and a certificate of completion from the employer or engineer. The experience in similar nature of work should include the completion of minimum quantities of works, such as: - GSB (Grade III & V): 343.00 Cum - WMM: 439.00 Cum - BM Patch / BM / DBM: 185.00 Cum - BC / CGPC: 219.00 Cum - VCC / PCC: 67.00 Cum - VRCC / RCC: 49.00 Cum The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 103.80 Lakhs, over the last five years. The bidder should have also successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed include the value of the total contract, with the bidder required to have completed a contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract, which is Rs. 103.80 Lakhs. The bidder should also have bid capacity to execute the work of greater than Rs. 259.50 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have prior work experience of similar size, nature, and complexity to the envisaged contract works, with specific requirements including: 1. B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works: 1 No. 2. Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works: 1 No. The bidder should demonstrate that they have access to or have available liquid assets (working capital, cash in hand) and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 25.95 Lakhs.
