The bidder should have prior work experience of similar size, nature, and complexity to the contract works. They should have successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract, which is Rs. 148.20 Lakhs, in any one year within the last five years. The contract should be for Highway Road and/or Bridge works or Airport contract. The experience in similar nature of work should include the completion of minimum quantities of works, such as: - GSB (Grade III & V): 347.00 Cum - WMM: 413.00 Cum - BM Patch / BM / DBM: 196.00 Cum - BC / CGPC: 606.00 Cum - VCC / PCC: 19.00 Cum The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 148.20 Lakhs, over the last five years. The bidder must provide information on their prior work experience, including details of contracts of similar nature, such as highways and airfields, including the name of the contract, country, employer, contract role, value of the total contract, date of award, date of completion, and contract duration. The bidder should also provide a certificate of completion from the employer or engineer for the completed works. The required information includes: - Annual turnover data for the last five years - Details of contracts of similar nature, including value and duration - Current contract commitments, including value and percentage of completion - Certificate of completion from the employer or engineer - Value of completed and certified contract - Present progress percentage - Value of the total contract - Amount and explanation of any penalties, fines, or damages imposed.
