The bidder's average annual turnover for the last five years should be at least Rs. 181.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the contract value. The bidder should have been in Civil Engineering Construction Business, including road and bridge works, in the same name and style, and should demonstrate access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities of at least Rs. 45.25 Lakhs. The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs. 452.50 Lakhs. The bidder should have a registration under Class I with a money limit of Rs. 75.00 Lakhs above in Highways Department in Government of Tamil Nadu. The bidder should have a minimum of one Central Hot mix Plant, one Paver Finisher, one Vibratory Soil Compactor, one Vibratory Roller, one Static Roller, one Concrete Mixer machine, and one Needle/Pin Vibrator, along with the necessary documents for the ownership of these equipments. The required percentage of similar works completed is 40% of the contract value, and the required amount is Rs. 181.00 Lakhs.
