The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar nature of work, such as Highways, road, and/or Bridge works, or Airport contracts. The bidder should have completed a minimum quantity of works in any one year during the last five years, including: * BM Patch / BM / DBM: 29.00 Cum * BC / CGPC: 257.00 Cum * VCC / PCC: 448.00 Cum The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 105.00 Lakhs. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, which is also Rs. 105.00 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in similar nature of work, including completion of minimum quantities of works such as BM Patch / BM / DBM (29.00 Cum), BC / CGPC (257.00 Cum), and VCC / PCC (448.00 Cum) in any one year during the last five years. The minimum value of similar work experience should be Rs. 26.25 Lakhs. The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs. 262.50 Lakhs. The bidder should also demonstrate access to or have available liquid assets, including working capital, cash in hand, and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract applied for, which is not less than Rs. 26.25 Lakhs.
