The bidder should also have successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract, Rs. 97.60 Lakhs (40% of Rs. 244.00 Lakhs), in any one year within the last five years. The bidder should demonstrate that they have completed works of similar size, nature, and complexity, with details of quantities of work executed project-wise. The bidder should also provide information on the value of the total contract, date of award, and date of completion for previous contracts. For technical personnel, the required prior work experience includes: - B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works - Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works The bidder should provide a summary of quantities of work executed project-wise, which may include values and percentages.
