The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar nature of work, specifically in Highways, road, and/or Bridge works, and/or Airport contracts. The experience in similar nature of work should also include the following minimum quantities of works completed in any one year during the last five years: - GSB: 165.00 Cum - WMM: 175.00 Cum - BM / DBM: 50.00 Cum - BC / CGPC: 66.00 Cum - PCC / VCC: 720.00 Cum - VRCC / RCC: 12.00 Cum - Steel: 0.900 MT The bidder should have achieved average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is 103.00 Lakhs, over the last five years. For a B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering, 1 year of experience in similar works is required. For a Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering, 5 years of experience in similar works is required. The bidder should also provide details of their experience in using heavy earthmoving equipment and quality control in compaction of soils, as well as their experience in mechanized granular pavement construction and construction of asphaltic overlays. The available bid capacity should be more than the total estimated cost of the works, which is Rs.256.80 Lakhs. The bidder should have access to liquid assets, including working capital, cash in hand, and/or credit facilities, of at least 26.00 Lakhs.
