The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar nature of work, such as Highways, road, and/or Bridge works, or Airport contracts. The bidder should have completed a minimum quantity of works in any one year during the last five years, including: * GSB (Grade III & V): 106.00 Cum * WMM: 121.00 Cum * BM Patch / BM / DBM: 134.00 Cum * BC / CGPC: 66.00 Cum * VCC / PCC: 507.00 Cum The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 108.40 Lakhs. The bidder should have also successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, which is also Rs. 108.40 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should demonstrate access to liquid assets, including working capital, cash in hand, or credit facilities, of at least Rs. 27.10 Lakhs, and have a bid capacity to execute the work of more than Rs. 271.00 Lakhs. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder is required to provide details of their experience in using heavy earthmoving equipment, quality control in compaction of soils, and other relevant technical and managerial experiences. For technical personnel, the minimum qualification and experience required are: 1) B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works 2) Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works The value of the contract applied for is Rs. 271.00 Lakhs, and the bidder should have sufficient tools and plant to complete the work and required bid capacity to execute the work.
