The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. Each other member of JV shall have technical capacity of minimum 10% of the cost of work, and must have satisfactorily completed during the last 07 (seven) years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of advertised value of the tender. The bidder should have completed similar work in the last seven years, with a minimum value of 10% of the advertised value of the tender for non-lead members of a Joint Venture (JV). The bidder having done more value of similar work in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year up to the date of opening of the tender may be selected for the award. For works without composite components, each non-lead member of the JV must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the advertised value of the tender. A substantially completed work means an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The credential certificate for such work should have been issued not prior to 60 days of the date of invitation of the present tender. The values and percentages mentioned include: - 30% of advertised value of the tender - 40% of advertised value of the tender - 60% of advertised value of the tender - 10% of advertised value of the tender - 10% of the cost of work - 90% of the present contract value - 35% value of the work to be subletted - 10% of the cost of any component of work - 51% share of interest in the JV.
