The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The value of the final bill (gross amount) including the PVC amount (if paid) shall be considered as the completion cost of work. In case the final bill is pending, only the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount (if paid), shall be considered as the completion cost of work. For substantially completed work, payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value (excluding payment made for adjustment of Price variation) has been made to the contractor. The bidder's prior work experience is considered based on work experience certificates issued by government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. For a newly formed partnership firm, the credentials of individual partners from previous proprietary firms or dissolved previous partnership firms or split previous partnership firms shall be considered only to the extent of their share in the previous entity on the date of dissolution/split and their share in the newly formed partnership firm. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - 90% of the present contract value - Rs 500 crore as the average annual turnover for public listed companies.
