The bidder should have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed, with a value of not less than 35% of the work to be subcontracted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, or (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 40% or 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Specifically, the bidder should have completed: (i) one similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, (ii) two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, or (iii) one similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender (or each component of the tender) - 40% of the advertised value of the tender (or each component of the tender) - 60% of the advertised value of the tender (or each component of the tender) - Rs 50 lakh for subletting of work - 35% of the work to be subcontracted.
