The required prior work experience for the bidder includes working as a prime contractor or sub-contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years. The bidder should attach a certificate from the Engineer-in-charge for this information. Additionally, the bidder should provide information on the total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited, with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant. The bidder should also provide details of works in progress or contractually committed, along with certificates from the concerned officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years.
