Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana Tender

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as Prime Contractor or sub-contractor during the last five financial years and current year before the date of Notice Inviting Tenders at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work. The value of road work completed by the bidder under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in originally stipulated period of completion shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this Sub-Clause. The bidder should also provide details of other civil works of similar nature executed and completed in any Govt. or Semi Govt. Department during the last five financial years and current year before the date of Notice Inviting Tenders, mentioning allotted cost and work done cost. The required prior work experience includes work experience as prime Contractor (in the same name and style) on construction works of a similar nature and volume during the last five financial years and current year before the date of Notice Inviting Tenders, or as Sub-Contractor (in the same name and style) on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be at least one-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of the work. For works completed under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, the value is counted as 120%. In a Joint Venture, the lead partner must meet not less than 50% of the qualification criteria, and each of the remaining partners must meet not less than 25% of all the criteria. The Joint Venture must collectively satisfy the subject of the criteria, with the relevant figures for each partner added together to arrive at the Joint Venture total capacity, which shall be 100% or more.
