Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana Tender

The bidder must have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work. A specific amount of Rs. 138.68 lacs is mentioned as the required similar work experience for the bidder. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. In the case of road works, the value of road work completed by the bidder in the originally stipulated period of completion shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this sub-clause. The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of 60% (or 50% in Naxal/Left Wing Extremist Affected Districts) of the estimated cost of the work, and in case the amount put to bid is more than Rs. 200 lakhs, the bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of 75% (or 50% in Naxal/Left Wing Extremist Affected Districts) of the amount put to bid. If the bidder has executed road works under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in the originally stipulated completion period, the financial turnover achieved on account of execution of road works under PMGSY shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this sub-clause.
