The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed as Prime Contractor or sub-contractor during the last five years at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work. The bidder should also provide a certificate from the employer, duly issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent, incorporating clearly the name of the work, contract value, billing amount, date of commencement of works, actual date of completion of work, satisfactory performance of the contractor, and any other relevant information. For technical personnel, the required prior work experience is as follows: - Degree Holder in Civil Engineering: 2 years for works up to 5.00 crores and 3 years for works above 5.00 crores - Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: 3 years for works up to 5.00 crores and 3 years for works above 5.00 crores - W/Supervisor: 3 years for works up to 5.00 crores and 3 years for works above 5.00 crores - Lab Technician: 3 years for works up to 5.00 crores and 3 years for works above 5.00 crores The bidder should have completed similar works with an amount of 468.29 Lacs, which is 1/3rd of the estimated cost of the work.
