The required prior work experience for the bidder is to have satisfactorily completed as Prime Contractor or sub-contractor during the last five years at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work. The value of road work completed by the bidder under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in originally stipulated period of completion shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this requirement. Additionally, the bidder should have prior work experience in civil works of similar nature executed and completed in any Government or Semi-Government Department during the last five financial years. The experience required for different technical personnel is as follows: - Degree Holder in Civil Engineering: 2 years for works up to 5.00 crores, 3 years for works above 5.00 crores - Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: 3 years - W/Supervisor: 3 years - Lab Technician: 3 years The bidder is required to furnish details of other civil works of similar nature executed and completed, mentioning allotted cost and work done cost, with a certificate from the concerned officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent.
