The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in construction of a minimum 50 bed Government/Semi Government / Central Government Hospital building of a RCC framed structure, including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, HVAC, ELV, fire fighting, Lifts, OT & MGPS works, etc. and also the same work must include at least one Modular Operation theatre and ICU with MGPS networks. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of a similar nature of building/work of at least 40 percent (6.63 Crore) of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The bidder should have access to liquid assets or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract, which is Rs. 3.83 Crore for this project individually. The required prior work experience for various positions in the bidder's team is as follows: 1. Project Manager: 15 years of experience in construction work (BE Civil) or 10 years of experience (M.E.). 2. Project Engineer: 10 years of experience (BE Civil). 3. Sr. Civil Engineer: 7 years of experience in construction works (BE Civil) or 5 years of experience (M.E.). 4. Jr. Civil Engineer: 3 years of experience in construction works (BE Civil). 5. Sr. Electrical Engineer: 7 years of experience in construction works (BE Electrical). 6. Jr. Electrical Engineer: 3 years of experience in construction works (BE Electrical). 7. Surveyor: 5 years of experience (Diploma Civil or ITI Survey). 8. Safety Engineer: No specific experience mentioned (Graduate Civil Engineer). 9. Lab Technician: 3 years of experience (BE Civil) or 5 years of experience (Diploma Civil). 10. Store Keeper and Administrative Team: No specific experience mentioned.
