The City Government Of Gapan, Through The Mooe Of City Social Welfare And Development Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Fifty Million Pesos Only (p 150,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Sixty Thousand (60,000) Sacks Of Well Milled Rice (goods – 05 – 2025). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Gapan Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Sixty Thousand (60,000) Sacks Of Well Milled Rice (goods – 05 – 2025). Completion Of The Works Is Requiring Forty-five (45) Calendar Days Upon Receiving The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed Within Ten (10) Years A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. 3.
