"Detail site Survey, Preparation of Yard ESPs for all stations showing the details of proposed yard arrangements with proposed grades including regrading of existing yard and showing details like CSL lengths of various lines, centre to centre distances of tracks, gradients, Curve details, type of turnouts, snag dead ends, derailing switches, crossovers, platforms, Shelters, Railway boundaries of entire yard with chainages and locations of station building, other service buildings, Electrical, OHE & S&T installations, FOB, Subway, RUB, ROBs etc., including details of infringing (condonation) grades & structures and preparing yard plans with the proposed additions & alterations to the existing stations duly suggesting improvements to existing alignment so as to ascertain the removal of infringements of structures & condonating grades in yards (For details refer para 468- 472 of Engineering Code 1999) duly making phase yard plans as per the requirement of the Railways with respect to approved master plan in separate plans like Phase-I, Phase-II & Final, duly incorporating complete detailed Modus operandi for execution of work in both Phase plans and Master plan. Any 4 alterations proposed in the approved plan to be incooperated in the master plan in a separate table. The consultant shall submit advance copy of the ESPs on white paper for approval of Railway. After the approval, the Consultant shall submit drawings in 3 (three) hard coloured copies on Polyester based tracing paper (100 to 150 Microns) and two soft copies. The scope includes required corrections and modifications as suggested by approving authorities of Railways till its final approval. Required follow up with various approving authorities including required explanations on various provisions/facilities in the ESP shall be arranged by consultant. Note: (i) The colour scheme to be followed in the drawing shall be as per standard practice of IR. (ii) Rate also include preparation of all RCC structural detail drawing showing reinforcement detailing / bar bending schedule/BOQ as per requirement of Railway. (iii) Rate shall be paid in area of sheet / drawing. The size of sheet shall be given by Railway. (iv) Payment schedule shall be as follows: (a) 50% payment of the accepted rate shall be done after approval of the drawing by the Engineer. (b) Futher 50% payment of the accepted rate shall be done after communication of approval of the Competent authority of Railway by the Engineer."

"Detail site survey, Design of various components of foundation, substructure and superstructure and its accessories for both approach of the ROB, ROB proper with/without using RDSO 1 approved super structure drawing. The rate is inclusive in determination of the span arrangement of both the approaches of the ROB proper and design, preparation of drawings of both the approaches in consultation with Railways & State Government and taking into consideration of the obligatory locations at site, proposed limited use subway etc. Note: (i) The rate is inclusive in preparation of detailed drawing in prescribed format on the AUTOCAD Platform showing details of size, shape, reinforcement etc. of bridge foundation, sub-structure, bearing, superstructure, both road and track protection work during construction, temporary arrangement, diversion of road during execution etc. showing all reduced level, rail level etc. as necessary. All drawings are to be prepared on relevant standard size and each drawing should have ""KEY PLAN"" in suitable scale at right hand corner and other salient features as necessary and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. (ii) Rate is inclusive of preparation of Combined GAD in consultation with State Govt. However, if it is not required, deduction of 10% of the accepted rate shall be made for this. (iii) The consultant shall get all the design and drawing of foundation, substructure and superstructure and bearings of the approaches are to be proof checked from reputed institutions (like IITs, NITs, any other Govt. Engineering College, duly approved by Railway) by the agency at his expenditure. The rate is inclusive of this aspect. (iv) Public utilities viz. water pipe line, gas pipe line, electric line, cables, trees required to be shifted/relocated/removal shall be neatly shown in drawing and its cost shall be included in the estimate. (v) All drawings are to be prepared as per Railway standard size. The draft copy of designs and drawing should be submitted to Railway for approval. Any corrections, modification or alteration shall have to be done by the agency as per Railway's advice, after which final design and drawings shall be submitted for approval of the competent authority of Railway in Two copies. (vi) After approval of all final design and drawings, contractor should submit 5 (five) copies of each drawing along with original tracing on film paper and one copy on compact disc (CD)/Softcopy. (vii) Payment schedule shall be as follows: (a) 50% payment of the accepted rate shall be done after submission of foundation and substructure design and drawing of both the approaches of the ROB. (b) 50% payment of the accepted rate shall be done after approval of the superstructure design and drawings of both the approaches of the ROB by the competent authority of Railway as decided by the engineer. (viii) The agency shall depute the concern designer along with requisite software on which the design has been prepared for clarification as and when required by Railway. No extra charge will be paid for this. (ix) Rate should be inclusive of design of service road, drainage and other associated items for successful completion work as it where required. (x) The rate also include site visit of consultant during execution / construction period as and when required by Railway as per instruction of Engineering in-charge. No extra charge will be paid for this."

"Detail site survey, Making out plan, elevation, architectural views, design of any type of Shed along with Crane, Gantry & Pathway etc, as per site requirement based on the approved General arrangement drawing (GAD) and Geo Technical information to be provided by Railway. Structural design work for super structure and sub structure / foundation shall be done following the provisions of relevant BIS codes of practices, IR codes, RDSO specifications, Indian Railway Bridges Rules, Indian Railway construction manual-2023 as applicable and desired by Railway. The detailed drawing(s) for sub structure and super structure should be prepared as per Railway standard and as instructed by Railway Authority. NOTE: (i) Approved GAD and geotechnical information will be supplied by Railway. (ii) Rate also include preparation of all RCC structural detail drawing showing reinforcement detailing / bar bending schedule/BOQ as per requirement of Railway. (iii) The consultant shall get all the design and drawing of foundation, substructure and superstructure are to be proof 3 checked from reputed institutions (like IITs, NITs, any other Govt. Engineering College, duly approved by Railway) by the agency at his expenditure. The rate is inclusive of this aspect. (iv) All drawings are to be prepared as per Railway standard size. The draft copy of designs and drawing should be submitted to Railway for approval. Any corrections, modification or alteration shall have to be done by the agency as per Railway's advice, after which final design and drawings shall be submitted for approval of the competent authority of Railway in Two copies. (v) The agency shall submit 02 sets of design calculation and three sets of all drawings for scrutiny of Railway. (vi) After approval of all final design and drawings, contractor should submit 5 (five) copies of each drawing along with original tracing on film paper and one copy on compact disc (CD)/Softcopy. (vii) The agency shall depute the concern designer along with laptop loaded with requisite software for clarification as and when required by Railway. No extra charge will be paid for this. (viii) Payment schedule shall be as follows: (a) 25% payment of the accepted rate shall be done after approval of the design,drawing by the Engineer. (b) Further 50% payment of the accepted rate shall be done after communication of approval of the Competent authority of Railway by the Engineer. (c) Remaining 25% payment of the accepted rate shall be done after submission of finally approved design calculation in 2 copies & 5 sets of hard copy and soft copy of final approved drawings. (ix) The rate also include site visit of consultant during execution / construction period as and when required by Railway as per instruction of Engineering in-charge. No extra charge will be paid for this."
