East Central Railway Tender

The bidder is required to have prior work experience in construction of Eligible Project(s) with a sum total of payments received or construction works undertaken by itself in a PPP project, such that it is more than 2.5 times the Estimated Project Cost. At least one fourth of the Threshold Technical Capacity should be from the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3. The bidder should have undertaken at least one Eligible Project of Railway sector of value not less than 35% of the Estimated Project Cost. The bidder should have received payments for not less than 75% of the present Contract Value (excluding payment made for adjustment of Price variation) of such project. This includes 'received payments for not less than 75% value of present Contract Value payment' under 'procurement of goods and equipment' as well as 'execution/installation/commissioning'. The bidder should have demonstrated Technical Capacity and experience during the last 5 previous financial years and the current financial year up to the Base month. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 2.5 times the Estimated Project Cost, with at least 35% of the Estimated Project Cost from Railway sector projects, and received payments for at least 75% of the contract value.
