The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work during the last 07 years. These categories include: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Similar work is defined as any Civil Engineering Work involving RCC Works. The bidder must submit a list of completed works with details such as description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of scheduled completion of work. Additionally, the final value of the contract at the time of bill finalization should be submitted. The tenderer's experience is also evaluated based on their average annual contractual turnover, which must be a minimum of V/N or V, whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work. For tenders having an advertised value of more than Rs. 20.00 crore, the tenderer will be qualified only if its available bid capacity is equal to or more than the total value of the present tender. The specific percentages and values of similar works completed mentioned are: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works - 40% of the advertised value of the tender for two similar works - 60% of the advertised value of the tender for one similar work - Rs. 20.00 crore for tenders requiring available bid capacity - Rs. 50 lakh for tenders not requiring technical and financial credentials.
