The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the completion of similar nature of work, specifically Civil Engineering work involving P-Way work, with a minimum supply of Track Ballast/ Aggregate/ Boulders of 3780 Cum in the same or another completed single work. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 7 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the bidder must have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the completion of similar nature of work for Technical Eligibility Criteria. However, specific details on the value and percentage of similar works completed are provided as mentioned above. All documents in support of fulfillment of eligibility criteria with respect to completion of similar nature of work should be furnished along with the tender. Additionally, the tenderer must have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, which is calculated based on the total contractual payments in the previous three financial years. The average annual contractual turnover should be equal to or more than the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees (V) divided by the number of years prescribed for completion of work (N).
