The required prior work experience for the bidder includes substantial completion of at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 387.23 lakhs in the role of prime contractor in the last five financial years. The similar work is defined as "Construction of one RCC/PSC Girder Bridge with well/pile foundation having span of 20 m in a contract of value not less than Rs. 387.23 Lakh across channel/river in a road project." The bidder should have completed 90% or more of the works under the contract of similar work. The bidder should also have a minimum construction experience in specific key activities, including: - Successful completion of 112 MT of steel reinforcement in one or more contracts in any one year of the last five years. - Successful completion of a minimum 312 Rm depth of pile in one or more contracts/projects in any one year of the last five years. - Successful completion of 949 cum of RCC work in one or more contracts/projects in any year of the last five years. - Successful completion of 8570 cum of earthwork in excavation, earthwork in filling in embankment/subgrade in one or more contracts/projects for road construction work in any one year of the last five years. The average annual construction turnover requirement is a minimum average annual construction turnover of Rs. 387.23 lakhs in at least two of the last five financial years in civil engineering construction work. The value will be updated to the price level of the financial year 2025-26 at the rate of 5% per year. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value of the work. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. The percentage of similar works completed is 90% or more. The amount of similar work is not less than Rs. 387.23 lakhs.
