The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works in the last 5 years, with a certificate of similar nature of work done issued by the authorized Engineer in-charge. The bidder should have completed a single similar work/quantity executed in a particular year. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: * 1/3rd of the respective value of work (not less than one third of the contract value) * 67% of the DNIT value, in any one year, as the annual financial turnover amount * 40% of the estimated quantity of major items * 90% of the contract value (completion rate of similar work) * 10% per year (weightage for cost of completed works of previous years) Additionally, the bidder should have evidence of access to or availability of credit facilities (minimum 10% of notified contract value) certified by the bankers, and a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the Contract. Relaxations are available for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers, with a minimum annual financial turnover of 25% of the DNIT value. Civil. + 5 years Exp. - Soil & Material Engineer: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. + 5 years Exp.
