The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 60% of the DNIT value up to Rs. 200 Lakh and 75% of the DNIT value for more than Rs. 200 Lakh, in any one year. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than 1/3 (one third) of the DNIT value, with not less than 90% of contract value completed. For similar works completed, the bidder should have completed a work of value not less than 1/3rd of the respective value of work. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on rupee value to bring them to the present price level. The bidder should have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of the major items of work, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity. The bidder should also provide information on the total monetary value of civil construction work performed for each of the last five years, and experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. Additionally, specific roles within the bidder's team require certain years of experience, such as: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 3 to 5 Years Exp. - Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 1 Years Exp. Or Diploma in Civil Engg + 3 years Exp - Plant Engineer: B.E. Mech. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Mech. + 5 years Exp. - Quantity Surveyor: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. + 5 years Exp. - Soil & Material Engineer: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. The bidder should also provide information on the total value of Civil Engineering construction Work performed for the years 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025, in Rs. Lakhs, and financial annual turnover for the same years. Evidence of access to or availability of credit facilities (minimum 10% of notified contract value) is required.
