The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed works of a similar nature and size, with a value of at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 67% of the DNIT value in any one year. They should have also satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than 1/3 of the DNIT value, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - Value of similar work: 1/3rd of the respective value of work - Annual financial turnover amount: 67% of the DNIT value, in any one year of the respective value of work. Additionally, the bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 40% of the estimated quantity of major items. The bidder should also demonstrate availability of key personnel with adequate experience, including a Project Manager, Site Engineer, Plant Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, and Soil & Material Engineer, with specific educational and experience requirements. The bidder should have completed single similar work/quantity executed in a particular year, and should have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of the major items of work, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity.
