The bidder must have successfully completed any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the bidder must have successfully completed any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award and date of scheduled completion of work, Date of actual start, actual completion and final value of contract should also be given. For subcontracting, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of subcontractor shall be asked for.
