The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For Architectural services, a B. Arch degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience. - For Structural Engineering services, an M Tech in structural engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience. - For civil engineering services, a Graduate/Diploma in civil engineering with a minimum of 5/10 years of experience. - For electrical engineering services, a Graduate/Diploma in electrical engineering with a minimum of 5/10 years of experience. The value of similar works completed is as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 422.00 Lakhs. - OR - Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 528 Lakhs. - OR - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 844 Lakhs. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
