The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with specific cost values and storey ranges. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 7.15 Crores (40% of estimated cost) - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 10.73 Crores (60% of estimated cost) - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs 14.31 Crores (80% of estimated cost) For building works, the bidder should have completed at least one building of a certain height, such as: - Five storeys for five to ten storey buildings - Eight storeys for eleven to fifteen storey buildings - Ten storeys for more than fifteen storey buildings The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs. 7.15 Crores on construction works during the last three consecutive years, with an average annual turnover worth minimum 40% of the estimated cost. Additionally, for specific components, the bidder should have completed: - For the component of "CCTV System", one similar work with a value of not less than 80% of the cost of the component, or two similar works with a value of not less than 60% of the cost of the component, or three similar works with a value of not less than 40% of the cost of the component. - For the component of "Internal and External EI, Street Lights", the bidder should be a registered contractor with a valid Electrical Contract License. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder's bidding capacity shall be calculated considering the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 1.5 years.
