The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs. 191.68 Lakh (40% of estimated cost) - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs. 287.53 Lakh (60% of estimated cost) - One similar completed work, costing not less than Rs. 383.37 Lakh (80% of estimated cost) For the component of CCTV System, the bidder should have completed one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the component, or two similar works costing each not less than 60% of the cost of the component, or three similar works costing each not less than 40% of the cost of the component. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs. 191.68 Lakh on civil/electrical construction work during the last three consecutive financial years, with a positive profit after tax in not more than two years. The bidder should have average annual turnover worth a minimum of 40% of the estimated cost. The bidder should submit details of eligible similar nature works completed during the last seven years in Form 'C' and the performance report of these works in Form 'D'. The value of executed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
