The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature (either part of the above conditions) costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender should have been executed with some Central/ State Government Organisation. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at simple rate. The bidder should have average annual financial turnover during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending 31.03.2023 or latest on construction work, which should be at least 30% of the project cost put to tender. The bidder should have experience in executing similar type of works, specifically in the construction of a Modern Carcass Utilization Plant, with a clear and exhaustive performance certificate issued by the client department/construction agency. The specific values and percentages of similar works completed mentioned are: - 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid (for three similar works) - 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid (for two similar works) - 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid (for one similar work) - 30% of the project cost put to tender (average annual financial turnover)
