M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab incl parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top (a) Applying bituminous primer @100 gms per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surfaces. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrain of apporved manufaturer , 3mm thick,weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less than 150 gram per Sqm.Polymeric membrain shall taken to a hight 60cm(minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacture instructions (i) A minimum over lap of 100mm and 75mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrain respectively and sealed all overlap and joints as manufactures instructions.(ii) The make of polymeric membrane shall be SUPER THERMOLY OF STP Ltd or MOPLY FP OF Texsa india Ltd /IWL india Ltd (c) Applying two coat of bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane

Demolition of cement conc (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M & L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 including rubbing and polishing complete

Dismantling of floor or hearth wall tiles including cement mortar bedding but not backing all as specified and directed.

Machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with including 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed. including rubbing and polishing complete

M&L 50mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate Finished even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified

S & F in repair Wire netting size of mesh 12 mm of galvanisedsteel wire 1.40mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples

M&L for Hardcore of Broken bricks gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed

M&L cement conc Type B2 (1:2:4) (40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in surface channel and drains.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished to drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement conc type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in coping etc complete.

Material and labour 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection finished fair and even w/o using extra cement and making groove of 10mm width at every 3m intervals and at diagonals and filling the joints with bitumen mastic( a mix of bitumen and sand in 1:1 by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sub base , fillng and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC sheet corrugated / CGI corrugated sheets in roofing any gauge and any thickness including ridge, valley/gutter etc.

S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ eaves board fixed with selp tapping screw complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

Dismantling structural steel work including door, gates, but excluding framed truss etc of any description not otherwise provided for.

M & L for framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gussets plates, rails braces, etc.,complete drill for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel, sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe-410 W Gde E-250 quality B complete

M & L for 1.25 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required

S&F Rolled Steel Sections as in tubular trusses,rafters etc including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St -240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar.

M & L Brickwork with old size subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6).

M&L Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cm 1:4

Taking down plaster on brick or stone wall, ceiling etc incl racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.etc.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cm 1:6 to be finished fair and even with out suing extra cement.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 as on chajjas, beam, balcony fins etc with hard drawn wire fabric mesh where required to make up to original shape at any height complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coat of Oil bound distemper over a coat of pimer complete all as specified and as directed

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls, washing rubbing down and stooping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling including scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices, pilasters etc( Plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying one coat of white (lime) wash complete all as specified.

M & L Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) and preparation of new plastered surface complete all as speified.

M & L for compete removal of existing surface and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) incl preparation of old surface complete all as speified.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
