PART (A):

SUPPLY ITEMS Design, Engineering, Supply, Inspection, Documentation, dispatch to site for the following items. General Notes: a. All items under Part (A) shall be quoted as per BOQ description, enclosed Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Technical specification and data sheets for supply to site including charges towards TPI, packing & forwarding, loading, transportation, transit insurance, unloading, stacking at project site. b. The respective items shall also include supply of commissioning spares as defined in the Tender. c. Third party inspection (TPI) for the supply items shall be in scope of successfull bidder. d. The TPI agency shall be as per the approved list specified in the tender document. Dispatch clearance by TPI. e. Preparation and submission of drawings/SLDs/Datasheet, wiring diagram etc for approval of IOCL/PMC f. Prior to procurement of materials under supply, clearance of all materials to be supplied shall be based on compliance to approved Technical Specification/ Data Sheet/Drawings to be submitted by successful bidder to IOCL/PMC, including applicable Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)/Inspection Test Plan (ITP) after award of contract. g. Cables: FRLS & FR/FS | FS to be used as per OISD provisions inside the dyke. h) Bidder to note that LT/MV Switchgear/Panels manufactured and tested at OEM's works shall only be acceptable. However, LT/MV Switchgear/Panels manufactured and tested at OEM's Authorized Channel Partner works may also be acceptable if OEM authorizes such Channel partner for this Project and Design & QC of these Panels are verified and vetted by OEM for this Project.

PART A: Items under this section are categorised under GST rate of 18%. Bidders to confirm the GST rate for each item in the price bid BOQ.
