Provision of Steel cribs Staging over sleeper matting as per approved drawings(Up to Max height of 8.00m for LUS) using Railway supply of steel cribs, Wooden sleepers and sand bags and securing with sufficient number of steel cribs etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with all lead and lift etc complete by the Contractor.

Metallizing of steel work of on new steel girders at engineering workshop, Arakkonam with sprayed aluminium after surface preparation by Sand/grit blasting, followed by one coat of etch primer (IS:5666) & one coat of Zinc Chrome primer (IS:104) and two coats of aluminium paint (IS:2339) with all labour, T&P and materialas a complete job duly conforming to all relevant 1 specifications and process given under Clause 39 of IRS-B1-2001. Note: Nominal Thickness of sprayed Aluminium coating shall be 150microns. DFT of Zinc chrome primer shall be 2530microns and DFT of each coat of Aluminium paint shall be 12-14 microns; including lifting and transporting the girders from fabrication shop to metallising yard with contractors materials, with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading, crossing the track wherever required, etc complete the work as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. Al labour, tools and plants, equipments, Trailer, cranes, consumables, other incidental charges, etc. by the contractor.

Fabrication, manufacturing, supplying, stacking & fixing of galvanized H- Beam steel sleepers and related fittings as per Drg. No.RDSO/B/1636/4/R, 5 & 9 and any other correction to the drawing in the way of fixing additional plate/ Stool required as per site condition according to various depth/additional packing plates to be welded with the H-Beam sleeper before galvanizing as instructed by Engineer-In- charge at site, including supply and fixing of galvanised toe load fastenings as per Drg. No.RDSO/T-8759 to 8765. The cost includes supply and fixing of MS canted bearing/base 3 plates, special liners, rail pads for guard rails with embedded steel plates, ERC, rail pads for guard rails, induding supplying and drilling holes at the tie angle (100 mmx 100 mm x 8mm) to suit and tie the H-Beam sleeper to maintain standard spacing including Hook bolts 28mm with nuts and single coil spring washer as per Drg No.RDSO/T-8759 to 8765, including welding, rivetting, drilling holes with all contractor labour, tools, plants, machinery etc. Tie angle to be painted with one coat of ready mixed paint of Zinc Chromate (IS:104) with DFT of 25-30microns followed by one coat of Zinc Chrome Red Oxide (15:2074) with DFT of 25 microns etc., with contractor's tools & labour, complete and as directed by Engineer in charge. charge (All labour, materials, tools and plants etc., are to be supplied by the contractor only)
