The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed specific categories of work during the last 07 years. These categories include: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the categories are similar but based on the advertised value of each component of the tender. The components mentioned include Earthwork and Blanketing, Construction of Major/Minor Bridge, and Any Civil Engineering work involving Building, with values of Rs.1958.57 Lakhs, Rs.2148.65 Lakhs, and Rs.1243.00 Lakhs respectively. The bidder must provide a list of works executed year-wise during the last three years along with their values and credentials issued by the department for whom the work was executed. They must also provide a list of works on hand, their values, and stage of completion. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of total contractual payments in the previous three financial years. This average annual contractual turnover is related to the advertised value of the tender (V) and the number of years prescribed for completion of work (N), given as V/N or V, whichever is less. Specific percentages of similar works completed are mentioned as 30%, 40%, and 60% of the advertised value of the tender or each component of the tender for composite works. The amounts for these percentages are directly tied to the advertised value of the tender or its components.
